Video - "Cocoa's Little "Problem"

An intervention is being planned for Cocoa, a Shih Tzu & King Cavalier Spaniel cross. A happy-go-lucky kind of dog, Cocoa has been partying just a little too hard lately. His life style, although active, involves a lot of illegal substances, and some legal ones. Watch the video at your own risk. It hurts to see a dog so young, so vital, headed down the wrong road.

Buzz Lightyear Lost!!

A "Buzz Lightyear" action figurine has gone missing on the Beltline! The toy (a plastic spaceman from the movie "Toy Story") was last seen in the hands of a small child. According to the mother, "It slipped through Babbee's fingers and is somewhere in the grass."
If you find it, please return it immediately. Babbee cannot sleep without it!
(Editor's note: This unfortunate photo was submitted to us by a concerned citizen. Poor Buzz has been mauled beyond repair. A collection is being taken up for the sleep-deprived child. Send your twenty dollar bills to "BeltlineDog Toy Replacement Service" asap.)

Torturous Tickling!!

Torturous Tickling Terrifies Terrier! Eyewitness accounts confirm that this tiny terrier was tickled mercilessly for several minutes. (Reports vary from one and a half minutes to 7 minutes long.)
Despite Jack's writhing and wiggling, the human involved refused to stop tickling his belly.

Tickling the belly may be a sign of affection for some, but others believe that it is a form of sadistic torture!!

One onlooker was overheard to say, "My gawd, I wish he would stop."

Another person cried out, "Oh!! To be a puppy again!!"

And yet another, simply went home for supper.

Please! If you witness any such tickling incidents, report them to your local "Tickled to Distraction" Society.

Nothing will be done, but at least you'll feel better.

What are they reading?

What are they reading?... Bella and Kashmir don't watch TV, no siree! These spaniels spend their evenings reading the classics - Dante's Inferno ("It's so scary!") and Homer's "The Odysee"... or is it "The Illiad"? - ("Why didn't the guy just stay home or take the train?") When asked about Oprah's Book Club, both dogs barked, "We like things a little more high-brow!" Fair enough. It just affirms the old saying, "Spaniels read things other dogs don't."

Video - "Holding On"

A big thank-you to every dog that agreed to be held for the camera. As we all know, dogs would rather run free, free, free! ...even if it means they run right into the cemetary and refuse to come back when called! (You know who you are.)
